Dr. Rajendra Sharma MB, BCh, LRCP & S(I), MFHom

Dr Sharma is a fully qualified physician, registered with the GMC and the Health care Commission (as is The Diagnostic Clinic).  The son of an eminent Indian physician and English mother, he has blended the culture and the medical techniques of both the East and the West.

He was educated at Millfield School, Somerset and studied medicine at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in Dublin, Ireland.

After obtaining orthodox training at Milton Keynes General Hospital, he graduated first in his class in 1985 at the Hahnemann College of Homoeopathy, City of London University, where he later became a Senior Lecturer.

In 1995 he became a Member of the Faculty of Homoeopathy. His 24-years of practice have led him to combine his orthodox training with a broad education and experience in Alternative and Complementary Medicine. 

The Diagnostic Clinic has been borne out of his belief than an understanding of the cause of ill-health is paramount and investigations include; nutrition, bowel health, toxicity, detoxification ability and many other areas of physiology as well as all orthodox treatments through blood, urine and techniques such as x-ray, MRI, etc. 

Dr Sharma is Secretary and Treasurer of the largest body of ecological physicians and scientists, The British Society of Ecological Medicine, affiliated to The Institute of Biology and is a Member of the American Academy of Anti-Ageing Medicine (A4M). He is also is a Peer Review Board Member for the London Anti-Ageing conferences held each year in September at The Royal Society of Medicine.

Dr Sharma’s special interests include working with anti-ageing, nutritional and environmental health screening (metal toxicity, food allergy, pollution etc.), but particularly with chronic disease and the underlying causes of diseases such as chronic fatigue, cancer and neurological conditions.
 

 

Dr. Adeniyi-Jones LRCP&SI, MRCP(UK)

Dr. Rodney Adeniyi-Jones began his medical career in internal medicine and diabetes; after 10 years of hospital medicine, he entered the field of Integrated Functional Medicine which has been his passion for the last 20 years.

His clinical focus is divided between helping to resolve difficult health problems and providing disease prevention and health protection. His area of special interest is cardiovascular health. 

His philosophy aims to support and empower the innate healing force that resides in each of us.

This approach to individual medicine integrates innovative, laboratory-based investigation with nutritional, herbal, homoeopathic, attitudinal, acupuncture-related, manual, electrical and magnetic forms of treatment and therapeutic lifestyle change.
 

 

Dr. Franziska Meuschel

Dr Franziska Meuschel is one of the rare doctors in her field that in addition to being a qualified GP has also had several years of training and experience in alternative medicine including; Naturopathy, Homoeopathy and Nutritional Medicine.

Inspired by her own medical history of severe childhood eczema she started studying alternative medicine at the Samuel Hahnemann Schule in Berlin, where she qualified as a "Heilpraktiker" (the German state-exam for alternative practitioners) in 1994.

Believing in the combination of alternative and conventional therapy from the beginning Dr Meuschel then went on to study medicine at the Albert-Ludwigs-University in Freiburg/Germany. Completing her studies with a dissertation on combined cancer treatment she started working in the field of Integrated Medicine. Here she worked mainly as a GP, but soon returned to her original interest, the treatment of allergies and disorders of the gut.

Since moving to the UK in 2003, Dr Meuschel has worked at The Diagnostic Clinic. She is a member of the British Society of Ecological Medicine (BSEM), a body of practitioners that specialize in allergy, environmental and nutritional medicine. Dr Meuschel is also extending her studies of homeopathy at the London Homeopathic Hospital to qualify for membership to the Faculty of Homeopathy in the UK.

Dr Meuschel has retained her special interest in treating allergic disorders such as eczema, hay fever, asthma and food intolerances, as well as general digestive problems including Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Indigestion and Parasites in both adults and children. Dr Meuschel runs the allergy clinic at The Diagnostic Clinic where she is able to advice patients an how to combine alternative with conventional treatments to achieve best results.  Dr Meuschel offers consultations in English and in German.
 

 

Dr. Anthony Soyer

Dr Soyer has over twenty five years of experience working initially as the staff Integrated Medical Consultant to TV-am London. 

He has also taught holistic approaches to cancer treatment at the Bristol Cancer Help Centre.  He led residential weeks acting as a bridge between orthodox medicine and complementary therapy.  The wide range of topics taught included psychological counselling and nutrition.

Dr Soyer is involved in research for a documentary and a book into ancient knowledge and traditional healing methods. 

His aim is to locate and promote exceptional healers worldwide and to teach the value of meditation, nutrition, food supplements and intensive exercise methods such as yoga and chi gung.

Dr Soyer will empower you to make decisions for your health, as to the best and most appropriate way forward with a simple straight forward strategy.
 

 

Dr. Peter Gruenewald

Dr. Gruenewald qualified from Vienna University and is a General Practitioner since 1988 and practices Integrated Medicine in the NHS and in private practice.

He is the founder of the Heart Spheres approach, a mental training technique that helps to manage stress and negative emotions, even in challenging circumstances and has published a popular self-help book on managing stress and enhancing performance.

Dr. Gruenewald provides diagnosis, treatment and coaching for individuals, and conducts workshops in the fields of corporate wellness, stress management and performance enhancement. The diagnostic techniques and interventions Dr. Gruenewald offers are based on research in the fields of physiology (heart rate variability etc.), neuro-cardiology and positive psychology.

He runs workshops for cooperate businesses and lecturers on stress, wellbeing and performance at a number of academies, in the UK, Austria and Germany, including the SAID Oxford Business School.

Dr. Gruenewald has a special interest in stress and stress related conditions, burnout treatment and prevention, chronic fatigue syndrome/ME, heart health and emotional health (anxiety, depression, anger) and treats these conditions with an integrated approach that includes coaching, self-help techniques, homeopathic and herbal treatment and supplements.
 



Dr. Lesley Parkinson - Consultant, Clinical-Psychologist, Specialist in Neuropsycho-Physiology

Dr. Parkinson is possibly the United Kingdom and European most experienced consultant clinical-psychologist in BioFeedback, Neurofeedback,  Hemoencephalography  and quantitative electo-encephalographic assessment (qEEG) and brain health.

Annie Khenian BSc(Hons)Ost DPO DSBFM

Annie Khenian qualified from the British School of Osteopathy with an Honors degree in Osteopathy, and later specialised in Paediatrics at the Osteopathic Centre for Children.

Ms Khenian has a proven track record as a clinician and has accumulated a high level of skill and experience through her extensive patient base in treating a range of conditions from degenerative joint pain to pregnancy-related strains and sporting injuries.

She achieves results by combining her developed sense of perceptive touch with an up-to-date knowledge of orthodox medicine. This enables her to consider the whole patient and identify and help remove life-style, diet and emotional barriers, thus accelerating the recovery process.  

She has furthered her professional development in the areas of Cranial & Visceral Osteopathy and Myofascial Acupuncture, and integrates these into her practice. She has a keen interest in treating children and uses a highly integrated approach in supporting and advising on the musculoskeletal and neurological development of the growing child.
 

 

Aruna Mukerji - Head Nurse

Aruna did her nurses training in Kenya and is a registered nurse in the UK. She has a wide experience in N.H.S and private nursing and has an interest in complementary medicine.

She works closely with Dr Sharma and the nursing team to ensure the highest level of clinical expertise at TDC.
