TDC also accepts bank transfers, cash and personal cheque with a banker’s card. Traveller’s cheques must be supported. Full insurance details must be given to the TDC registration staff before the time of treatment for direct settlement. TDC will invoice your insurance company or sponsor directly. You will need to liaise closely with your insurance provider throughout the course of your treatment, as it is your responsibility to ensure that claims are processed promptly. Should the insurers, sponsors or guarantors decline or delay payment for whatever reason, you will be held responsible for the invoice, and billed for immediate settlement. Will my company cover me? If your company has a corporate contract with TDC you must provide a letter of authorisation before consultation, tests or treatment is carried out. Where do I send my payment? |
